Live chat integrated with Support ticketing system and Messenger

Hi team,

I found extremely interesting the fact that I could easily communicate with UpViral via pop up chat and then get my replies via Messenger.

Can you please share what chat tool are you using and how this integrates with Messenger?

Do you happen to know what would be suggested to use since we are using Service DESK from Atlassian, integrated with JIRA?


It would be really interesting to examine the option of SMS as an option to our customers.


Can anyone help me?
