In this article, we will cover how to edit any terms and conditions you may set, as well as how to add a checkbox to your UpViral page, to ensure your audience actively agrees with your terms and conditions before entering your campaign.


How to Add Terms and Conditions and Edit Its Text:


You can enable or disable the Terms and Conditions option under the Lead Capture page.

Enter the Setup page from your Campaign and click on the Lead Capture option from the menu on the left. From there, click on the Edit option.



At the bottom left-hand side of the page, you will find the option to turn the Terms and Conditions on or off. Turning it on allows you to add or edit your Terms and Conditions.


 

To do this, click on the Edit terms option.



Provided that the Terms and Conditions option is left on, you can then add the Checkbox for your subscribers.


How to Add the Checkbox to Your Campaign:


On the bottom left-hand side of the page, you will find the option "REQUIRE PARTICIPANTS TO ACCEPT T&C". Clicking on this will switch the option on, and you will see the checkbox appear on your lead page. If you do not wish to show your participants this checkbox, simply select the OFF option.



How to Add More Checkboxes to your page?


It's also possible to add multiple checkboxes to your campaign as a custom field. In order to set this up, click on "Add Custom Field" on the left hand side.

Enter a field name, and select "Checkbox" as the field type. What you will enter as the "Label" will be visible to your audience.

As the field type, select "Checkbox".

This way, your checkbox will be visible in your opt-in form.
