To understand why some of your templates don't appear in the "Page from my campaign" tab when creating new designs for your pages, read through the article below:


At the moment, we have two campaign versions: (1) One includes campaigns created under the old version prior to template unification (2) The second one includes campaigns created under the new version after we've implemented template unification. 


To know what version you're using on your campaign, go to your Setup and you'll see whether your campaign has 7 steps or 8 steps. If it has 7 steps, your campaign was created under the new version of UpViral. If it has 8 steps, it was created under the old version. 



If your campaign was created in the old version, you can only use pages from other campaigns that were created in the old version as well. 


Alternatively, if your campaign was created in the new version, you can only use pages from other campaigns that were created in the new version.
