This guide will list down the steps needed to integrate SendGrid Email Server with UpViral.
A - Adding a Sender Profile on UpViral
First, you will need to create a Sender Profile on UpViral.
To create Sender Profile, log in to UpViral Dashboard and click “Settings”.
When inside the settings you will see “Email Settings” with the “Sender Profile” option in it.
When you click “Sender Profile” , UpViral will ask you to “ Add an Email Sender”. When you click “ Add an Email Sender” it will open a popup that will let you create a Sender Profile.
Add in the Name, Email and Address of the sender profile you want to create.
B - Adding Sender Profile in Campaign
You will also need to have the same Sender Profile selected in the Campaign. Go to your Campaign > Email Notifications and select the correct Sender Profile.
C- Changing UpViral Email Servers to SendGrid
The last step in the setup process is changing the default UpViral email servers to SendGrid Servers.
To do that go to UpViral Dashboard > Settings > General Settings and select SendGrid from the list of Outgoing Email Servers.
UpViral will need the SendGrid user's Id and Password to successfully connect and use SendGrid email server.
Once done, click “Save” at the bottom of the page and the SendGrid Email Server configuration is complete.
