In this article, you will learn how to set up your own Sweepstakes or Contest campaign.

Step 1: On the Rewards tab item go to Grand Prize and click the Add Grand Prize Button

Step 2: Select how you want to choose the winner, either Manually, Most Points Win, or At Random.

For the 'Manually' option this is when you want to pick the winners manually, a tab will show up on your Campaign that says, Pick Winner. And an option to choose the date to when you want the campaign to be closed. (Note: that this is not required you can opt not to set this up.)

For the 'Most Points Win' and 'At Random' options -  this is when you want the system to automatically pick the winner/s for you. In this option, you need to select the number of winner/s you want to have for your campaign.

  • Most Points Win will be based on those participants with the highest points earn from the Sweepstakes campaign you set up.

  • While At Random, winners will be picked randomly but still those participants with the most points get higher chances of getting picked by the system.

Step 3: Decide how many winners you want to have for your Grand Prize.

Step 4. Set up the date when you want your winners to be selected by the system and check the box ONLY if you wish to end the campaign the same day the winner/s is selected.

Step 5: Name the Grand Prize and click on "Save".

If you wish to Disable the Grand Prize that you have created without deleting it, you may toggle off the switch to have it disabled.

Note: You can only set up one grand prize per campaign. This means it's currently not possible to have tiered grand prizes such as another prize for 2nd place, 3rd place, etc. An alternative to having multiple different grand prizes is to choose more than 1 winner for the campaign, but manually give out the prize accordingly so that the system is able to select multiple winners but the prize would be different for each winner since it'll be given by you manually.
