Follow the steps below:
The "Publish" section is where you can get all the details that you need in order to integrate UpViral as a popover widget your third-party tool.
Click the 'Embed Campaign' button to proceed after you've finished creating your campaign. If you haven't created your campaign first, you may want to check out this article first: How to Create a Campaign
Next, choose "Embed campaign on your website":
This will open a popup window with the chronological steps on embedding.
1. Enter the URL where you want to embed your UpViral widget/form on:
2. Then, click on step number two which is "Opt-in widget settings", and select "Pop-up". From here, you'll be able to see a preview of your pop-up on the right-hand side of the page and you can modify its settings on the left-hand side of the page including the background opacity, whether it will show on page load, or whether it can be closable.
3. The next step, "3. Share widget settings" is where you have two options. You can have the share widget appear on the same page as your opt-in popover widget or you can redirect it to the next page of your site. If you choose to redirect it to a different page then you need to add the page URL of where you want the share widget to appear after your participants have signed up.
Similarly, you can modify the alignment of the share widget and width on the left-hand side of the page.
4. The final step, "4. Installation" is where you will be provided with the code(s) to paste onto your site. If you chose to have the share widget appear on the same page during step 2 of the process, then you only need to install one code on your opt-in page like below:
On the other hand, if you chose to have the share widget appear on a different page, then you would need to install the first code on your opt-in page and the second code on your share page like below:
