You might be getting this error message below even after you've clicked on "Forgot Password?" and tried your new credentials:

This could be due to the following reasons:

  • Invalid Email - make sure the email you've put in is associated with an UpViral account and does not contain any typos/misspells.
  • Invalid Password - if you've already reset your password, make sure to use the most recent one generated by the system which was sent to your email inbox.
  • Canceled Subscription - if your account no longer has an active subscription to UpViral, you will not be able to log into the dashboard even after resetting the password. This could be due to you requesting for cancellation from support previously, canceling the subscription yourself from the billing portal, or the system automatically canceling your subscription due to failed payments/delinquent status.

If your account has been canceled or your subscription has ended, to access your account again, you would need to repurchase a new subscription using the same email address at upviral.com/pricing

Statistics have shown us that the more you tell us when you report an issue, the faster we solve that ticket. So...
1 - If you have screengrabs, please include them. A picture is worth a thousand words.
2 - If you have recorded a video showing the issue you're having, please include that as well. A video is worth a million words.
We recommend a free service called Loom for creating these videos. (this is a link to https://www.useloom.com/)
