In this article, you will learn how to create a campaign that doesn’t have an end date and will continuously be active and running.
On your campaign setup, click on Incentives.
Inside the incentive page, click on Add Grand Prize (if you don’t have a Grand Prize setup yet) or click on Edit Grand Prize (if you have an existing Grand Prize).
On the Grand Prize setup, you may select “Manually” to manually select the winner and leave the campaign running after a winner is selected.
OR if you wish to have the winner selected automatically by the system, you may set it to “Most points win” or “At random” and make sure NOT to check the checkbox for “Close the campaign when winners was chosen” to leave the campaign active and running even after winner/s has been selected by the system.
