While editing your campaign, you may have noticed this section under the "Advanced" settings of your campaign which says "This campaign is currently not running":

Don't be alarmed - this part of the Advanced section is actually just a preview of what the campaign will look like once it's closed/inactive. This does not mean that the campaign itself is closed, but it's a sample of text that will appear on the page when it's closed.

If you click on the other options on the left side of this "Closed campaign preview", you can even choose how your campaign will look like when it's closed. You can either set up a custom page:

Or have the campaign link redirect to another URL:

As long as the campaign is active, it'll only close if you have a grand prize set up with a specific end date/deadline chosen for the end of the campaign. Otherwise, the campaign will remain open, thus the reason why you're able to get leads on the campaign.

How to get your support tickets resolved faster
Statistics have shown us that the more you tell us when you report an issue, the faster we solve that ticket. So...
1 - If you have screengrabs, please include them. A picture is worth a thousand words.
2 - If you have recorded a video showing the issue you're having, please include that as well. A video is worth a million words.
We recommend a free service called Loom for creating these videos. (this is a link to useloom.com)
