Usually, when your campaign is stuck in draft/inactive mode and you can't click on "Launch Campaign" or activate the campaign, this could be due to the campaign still being incomplete. 

To change the status of the campaign to Active, both Opt-in Page and Share Page must be created.


Once you have created both the Opt-in Page and Share Page, just click on "Launch Campaign" to set the campaign to active.
