Usually, when your campaign is stuck in draft/inactive mode and you can't click on "Launch Campaign" or activate the campaign, this could be due to the campaign still being incomplete.
To make the campaign active, campaigns should always have the following:
- Design Template: Both a lead capture and share design created (whether you're using the landing page option or widget option)
- Installation: (For widget campaigns only) A URL pasted on the "Step 1: Enter Campaign URL" section.
