When creating your Opt-in and Thank You page, you may add GIFs on any part of the page using Upviral.
To add a GIF, you may follow the steps below:
Inside the Editor, Drag and Drop an image element to any part of your page.
At the right side of the Editor page, under the Property option, you can either click on the “Click to Upload Image” button or Drag and Drop your GIF from your computer folder to the editor’s image option.
You can also add a description text or hide the GIF you’ve added on mobile, change the image alignment to left, center, or right. Or add a URL where you’d like users to get redirected to when they click on the uploaded GIF.
To resize the GIF, hold and drag the arrow icon at the bottom right corner of the GIF.
To change/replace your existing GIF, you may directly click on the “Click to Upload Image” button or click the “X” button and upload a new one. Then Click on SAVE for changes to take effect.
How to get your support tickets resolved faster
Statistics have shown us that the more you tell us when you report an issue, the faster we solve that ticket. So...
1 - If you have screengrabs, please include them. A picture is worth a thousand words.
2 - If you have recorded a video showing the issue you're having, please include that as well. A video is worth a million words.
We recommend a free service called Loom for creating these videos. (this is a link to https://www.useloom.com/)
