If you're looking to hide or unhide elements from different views (ex. hide a specific image on mobile view but unhide it on desktop view and vice versa), follow the steps below:

Step 1. Go to your campaign setup and click on Design Pages, then click on Edit Template of the page you wish to modify.

Step 2. On topmost part of the page, you'll see three buttons which give you the option to choose which view you want to edit. Simply click on the specific view you wish to edit and you'll be able to see how your campaign looks on desktop devices, mobile devices, and when embedded as a widget respectively:

(Desktop)

(Mobile)

(Widget)

Step 3 (Hiding Elements)In this example, let's use mobile view to hide a specific image. To do this, switch your view to mobile view and click on an image you wish to hide on mobile. A button would then appear on top of the element saying "Hide on mobile".

Step 4 (Showing Elements). Click on the hide button and it should disappear from that view. To view the hidden element, simply click on the toggle button on the upper-right side of the page which says "Show objects hidden on mobile" and then the hidden element would appear again, giving you the option now to "Show on mobile".

How to get your support tickets resolved faster

Statistics have shown us that the more you tell us when you report an issue, the faster we solve that ticket. So...

1 - If you have screengrabs, please include them. A picture is worth a thousand words.
2 - If you have recorded a video showing the issue you're having, please include that as well. A video is worth a million words. We recommend a free service called Loom for creating these videos. (this is a link to https://www.useloom.com/)
