If you included a FB Optin button on your lead capture page and you're trying to test it out but it's not redirecting to your share page / prompting a popup window for you to login to your Facebook account, follow the steps below:
For Chrome:
1. Click on the three-dotted line on the upper-right corner of your browser and open up your Settings
2. Go to Security and Privacy
3. Go to Site Settings
4. Scroll down, and you'll see "Pop-ups and redirects"; click on this
5. If your setting is on "Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects", make sure to set this to "Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects" instead and the FB Optin button should finally work
6. If this does not resolve the issue, feel free to send a ticket to [email protected].
For Chrome on Mobile:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app
- Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked.
- At the bottom, tap Always show.
We generally recommend testing your platform out on an incognito window in Chrome, but in case you're using Safari or Firefox, this may also be related to pop-ups or redirects being blocked on your end. In these cases, you may follow these help articles for Firefox and Safari.
How to get your support tickets resolved faster
Statistics have shown us that the more you tell us when you report an issue, the faster we solve that ticket. So...
1 - If you have screengrabs, please include them. A picture is worth a thousand words.
2 - If you have recorded a video showing the issue you're having, please include that as well. A video is worth a million words.
We recommend a free service called Loom for creating these videos. (this is a link to https://www.useloom.com/)
