The Upviral callback URL feature, also known as webhooks, enables you to send specific information from Upviral to another service whenever certain events occur. This feature is particularly useful when running an UpViral giveaway. It triggers an event each time a lead unlocks a reward, sharing valuable information with a designated service. The shared data includes additional variables such as the person’s email, points earned, and more.

Please note: this is for advanced users only (requires coding).

Here's how to set this up:

1. Go inside your campaign. Under "Advanced Settings", click "Tracking Codes".

2. When you click the Edit button, it opens up a form where you can add the callback URL. Then click Save.

3. Use the incoming data to trigger events (requires coding).

The callback feature will submit the following variables every time someone unlocks a reward:

reward_id - This will be the unlocked reward id so you know which reward is unlocked.

reward_name - The name of the reward that just got unlocked.

user_email - This will be the user email address.

user_total_points - This will be the total amount of points the user has.

How to get your support tickets resolved faster

Statistics have shown us that the more you tell us when you report an issue, the faster we solve that ticket. So...

1 - If you have screengrabs, please include them. A picture is worth a thousand words.

2 - If you have recorded a video showing the issue you're having, please include that as well. A video is worth a million words.
We recommend a free service called Loom for creating these videos. (this is a link to https://www.useloom.com/)
