Do you need to pause or delete your UpViral campaign? Follow these simple steps:
- On the UpViral dashboard, click "More" (located on the right side of the campaign name).
- If you wish to pause it, click "Pause" from the drop-down options.
If you wish to delete it, click "Delete" from the drop-down options.
Campaigns that are moved to trash or deleted are automatically deleted after 30 days.
For a paused or closed campaign:
You have the option to choose how the paused campaign would appear to your audience if they access it. Your options include Default Page, Custom Page, and Redirect to URL.
You'll be able to set this up inside your campaign's Setup page under Pages.
