When you will close any campaign it will show an inactive status on your UpViral dashboard, like this:
(As you can see, a closed campaign looks faded compared to an active campaign.)
You also have the option to decide how your closed campaign page will look like. To do this, edit your campaign. Go to General Setup > Advanced, and choose between a Default Page, Custom Page or a URL Redirect:
