Some people will try to game the system by signing up with multiple emails from the same IP address/computer or use fake emails. Our Fraud Prevention feature solves that issue!

When turned on, UpViral automatically deactivates leads that it considers fraudulent.

This means that they won't get any email, unlock rewards, etc. You as the campaign owner can see all these fraudulent leads and manually approve them as you see fit.

  • All suspicious leads go to Fraud Detection.
  • No suspicious leads go automatically to your leads list.
  • No suspicious leads receive email notifications automatically.
  • No suspicious leads get sent to your Autoresponder automatically.
  • Once you manually approve the suspicious leads, they will get added to your Leads list, start receiving emails, and get sent to your autoresponder

How to Automatically Deactivate Fraudulent Leads:

1 - Go inside your UpViral campaign by clicking "Edit campaign".

Under the Advanced settings, click "Lead Quality".

2 - Then activate Fraud Detection.

To Approve Leads That UpViral Detected As Suspicious:

1 - Go to Fraud detection (on the top menu of your campaign).

2 - Click the checkbox that corresponds to the lead/s you wish to activate. Then click "Add selected to campaign" to activate your selected lead/s:

Note: When leads are Approved manually, the UpViral system will take a bit to process those leads before approving them and sending them to your autoresponder/CRM. Also, when you see this logo turn yellow, this means the lead is currently in progress to being added back to the campaign:

Once it's blue, the lead/s have been added completely:
