To make changes to your account, update your billing information or to cancel your billing subscription please go to Settings > General settings > Billing

Depending on your service you will see one or more buttons.

Please click the "View account" button and that will take you to your billing portal:

Note:

If you do not see the "view account" button, and you only see the "view invoice" button, that means you are on our older billing service and you will need to contact customer service to make the changes for you.

We would also like to advice that if you are staying with us, its better to talk to the team about migrating you over to the new billing system as that gives you more control over your account.

You will be brought to the page where it will show what plan you are subscribed:

Please select the subscription you want to cancel and you will be brought to the Subscription details and the other options such as Payment method, Current Plan, and Billing History. On the Subscription Details it will show all the information about the selected subscription, here's an example:

On the Payment Method this is where you can update your billing details, if for example, the card you're using is expiring then you can update your card used for the subscription here:

The Current Plan section gives you the option to upgrade your plan or cancel your subscription:

The Billing History section has all the copy of your receipts/invoices of your purchases from the time you signed up to your most recent charge and you can download these invoices by clicking the Download Invoice button:
