“CAPTCHA” only appears when the system detects you are signing up using the same IP address using multiple emails. No worries, you can always whitelist your IP address so whenever you test your campaigns with different emails you will get rid of the CAPTCHA.

Here is how you can add your IP address or other IP address that you want to whitelist to get rid of the CAPTCHA:

Step 1. Go to your Settings and click "Whitelist"

Step 2. Add the IP address or IP addresses which you want to whitelist and get rid of the CAPTCHA. You can click the "Click here" text to automatically add your own IP address to the box or you can type in an IP address manually.

Step 4. Click the ‘Save’ button below to save the IP address or addresses you want to whitelist

*Note: if there is more than one IP address make sure to add it on the next line.

Once you’ve added your IP address, you should no longer see the CAPTCHA even when you sign up with multiple emails.

Note: Captcha cannot be turned off, you need to whitelist the IP Address to get rid of the captcha.
