You may be getting an error page like this image below when trying to access your lead capture or share pages:

It reads:
"This page isn't working is currently unable to handle this request.

This is usually caused by an outdated autoresponder integration (Aweber). To resolve the issue, follow the steps below:

1. Go to your account's Settings > Integrations > Autoresponders

2. You should see instructions at the bottom of the page instructing you to reintegrate Aweber:

Follow these steps and you should not see the page any further.
