You may have noticed that the footer section of your lead capture page sometimes contains a "Terms & Conditions" or "Privacy Policy" link. Unlike the Terms & Conditions that are integrated into the opt-in form and open in a popup, these links in the footer do not trigger a popup.


If you wish to add a terms and conditions checkbox directly to your opt-in form, you can follow the instructions in this article:

However, if you want to include another Terms & Conditions/Privacy Policy link directly in the footer or bottom portion of your page, separate from the opt-in form, you can follow these steps:


Step 1: Click on the Terms & Conditions/Privacy Policy text (or highlight them) and then click on the pencil icon.


Step 2: Paste the link to your external Terms & Conditions/Privacy Policy into the provided field.


Note: Ensure that you have another page outside of UpViral where you are hosting your Terms & Conditions/Privacy Policy.


Step 3: Click on Save, and now the links should redirect to your external Terms & Conditions/Privacy Policy pages. Essentially, you're hyperlinking the text to your own page.
