Are you trying to send your leads to Klaviyo but you're not seeing the leads in your Klaviyo list? Read on below to learn more about how you can troubleshoot this issue.
When leads are not getting sent over to your Klaviyo list, this is usually an opt-in issue on Klaviyo. To hopefully resolve the issue, follow the steps below:
1. Do try turning off double opt-in or check the email settings you have for the Klaviyo list you're using on your UpViral campaign first.
You may want to check Klaviyo's article on how to change to single opt-in instead: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005251108-Guide-to-the-Double-Opt-In-Process#enable-single-opt-in3 (in case you're unsure how to do this, you may contact Klaviyo's support at https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us).

2. After switching to single opt-in, do try testing again by either signing up for your campaign or testing your autoresponder. If this still does not work, try deleting your autoresponder connection from the Settings page of UpViral (https://app.upviral.com/settings/index/) and try reintegrating again.
