When creating a campaign in Upviral, you can add both a Grand Prize and Incentives as a Reward. Rewards are things that you can give your audience to entice them to interact more with your campaign.

A Grand Prize is a reward given to someone as a winner drawn at a specific time or at the end of your campaign. To know more about Grand Prize, check out this article here.

While Incentive is a reward that automatically unlocks when a participant gains the points needed to unlock the reward.



There are 4 types of incentives that you can choose from:

  1. A Coupon Code will be given automatically to participants who unlock the reward. See here to know more about coupon codes.

  2. A File to Downloadable can be anything downloadable like an ebook as a reward. Please note that the maximum file size that you can upload is only up to 5MB. 

  3. For Link to URL, you would need to add a URL that will be displayed for them to click and claim the reward when a participant unlocks gain the required points and unlocks the reward.  

  4. For Other, this type of reward doesn't require any additional settings. You can use this reward type if you simply want to trigger an email notification.
