· Yes - go to the next step

· No - try to log in at https://app.upviral.com/login.php using the email address of your UpViral account. If you're unable to login, you can reset your password from the same page. If you're still unable to login, you may want to check if you have an active subscription or not.

2. [ ] Is Your Lead Capture Page Visible To The Public?

· Yes - go to the next step

· No - go to your dashboard and make sure your campaign is already launched (aka "Active" status). If it's still in Draft/Paused/Inactive, no one would be able to access your opt-in form. You may want to check this article out if you're unable to launch your campaign: Why can't I click on Launch Campaign/Why is my campaign stuck in draft or inactive mode?

3. [ ] Are The Number Of Visitors Growing?

· Yes - go to the next step

· No - check your traffic source (content marketing, FB Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and make sure you're promoting your campaign as well.

· Yes - go to the next step

· No - consider changing your traffic source, your offer, or your headline. You can check out examples from our Case Studies, join our Co-Pilot Show, and even get feedback from other users in our UpViral Facebook group

· Yes - go to the next step

· No - change the incentive or your encouragement email sequence.

6. [ ] Are Your Best Customers Willing To Crawl Through Broken Glass To Get Your Offer?

· Yes - lean into a mastermind group, get advanced training, or get a coach to test your assumptions

· No - revisit your avatar and their biggest challenges
